- The bulk of the Nyms server maintenance has completed and Nyms delivery should be less delayed. Once we have confirmed the delivery time is as expected we will post an update.

Total Net Shield 2.09 Released

- A new version of Total Net Shield has been released with an updated Configuration Wizard that will configure Internet Explorer 8, Firefox 3.5, Opera 10, Safari 4, and Chrome directly through the Configuration Wizard.
Anonymous Surfing Compatible Browser Versions in Windows XP

- In Windows XP, Anonymous Surfing is compatible with and supports the following 32-bit browsers: Firefox 2, Internet Explorer 7, Opera 9.64, and Safari 3. Firefox 3.5.2 is not compatible with Anonymous Surfing. See below for usage with Internet Explorer 8. Current customers can have their accounts placed in Pending status. Log in at My Account Login for further details.

- Anonymous Surfing is currently supported and compatible with Internet Explorer 7. While Internet Explorer 8 is not yet officially supported, it may be configured for use with Anonymous Surfing using the following steps. In Internet Explorer 8, go to Tools-> Internet Options-> Advanced and uncheck the box “Enable memory protection to help mitigate online attacks” . In Windows Vista, it is necessary to open Internet Explorer 8 by right-clicking the Internet Explorer icon and selecting Run as Administrator. Also ensure that you have not changed the Data Execution Prevention setting. The correct setting is the default setting, Turn on DEP for essential Windows programs and services only.
