Anonymizer® Anonymous Surfing™ v6.2 - Windows Firewall
Windows XP
Click your Start button, then Click on Control Panel.
Click on Windows Firewall.
Click on the Exceptions Tab, then Click on Add Program.
Click on Anonymizer and Click OK.
Now you will see Anonymizer added to the Exceptions Tab. Click on Add Program.
Click on Browse.
Click on My Computer, then Click on Local Disk C and Click Open.
Click on Program Files and Click Open.
Click on Anonymizer folder and Click Open.
Click on Anonymizer Software and Click Open.
Click on Common Folder and Click Open.
Click on AnonProxy and Click Open.
Now you will see that AnonProxy is added, then Click OK.
Now you will see that AnonProxy and Anonymizer are both added to the Exceptions Tab, then Click OK.
Windows Vista
Click your Windows icon, then select Control Panel.
On the left hand side select Classic View (if not already selected); then click Windows Firewall.
Within the Windows Firewall click Change settings.
This will take you to your Windows Firewall Settings. Select the Exceptions tab; then click Add Program.
Select Anonymizer then click Browse.
You will navigate to the Program Files located on your C: drive. Within the Anonymizer folder you will access Anonymizer Software then select Common.
Click AnonProxy.
Select AnonProxy; then click OK.
Confirm that you have AnonProxy and Anonymizer listed and checked within the Exceptions tab.
