Please select Allow, and check Remember this setting for the following pop ups during installation and activation.



****Please note: Anonymous Surfing is not tracking keystrokes. The warning is generated when Internet traffic is re-routed to our secure servers.
Manual Firewall Configuration
Please ensure the following entries and settings are listed in your Zone Alarm Firewall. If you read from left to right in the Program Control for each entry it needs to read as such for Anonymous Surfing (AnonProxy.exe), Anonymizer (Anonymizer.exe), and AnonMgmtSvc.exe: Custom, Super (3 bars), with 4 Green checks (Allow), the Send Mail can be any setting as Anonymous Surfing does not secure email clients, such as Outlook or Thunderbird. To change the setting left click on the entry and select Allow. Please see the screen shots below for the configuration.

To Add a Program to the Firewall
1. Open your Zone Alarm. Click on Program Control, click on Programs and then click Add.



2. Click on My Computer, then click on Local Disk C and click Open.



3. Click on Program Files and click Open.



4. Click on Anonymizer folder and click Open.



5. Click on Anonymizer Software and click Open.



6. Click on Anonymizer and click Open.



7. Click on Anonymizer Software and click on the "?" mark under trusted level and click Super.



8. Click on Yes.



9. Now you will see that the Trust Level is Super with 3 green bars and then click on the 4 entries under both Access and Server and click Allow. The Send Mail does not need to be set to Allow.



10. To Add AnonyProxy and AnonMgmtSvc click on Add and locate the files in the Common folder of Anonymizer Software.



11. Click on AnonMgmtSvc or AnonProxy and click Open.



12. Once these entries are added to the list follow the steps given in Manual Firewall Configuration above to allow the programs access.
