Resolution(s): We do not recommend the use of Anonymizer Universal with satellite Internet connections. These types of connections are unable to provide a consistent connection and L2TP VPN connections are typically not supported by satellite providers. Customers using satellite Internet connections are finding that the speed of Internet traffic drops by 50-75% when using Anonymizer Universal. At this time, we have been unable to find any satellite Internet providers that offer support for VPN connections to Home Users.
