Error Message
Unable to connect to Anonymizer. The specified port is already in use or is not configured to remote access dial-out. If this error persists, please contact customer support.
Resolution
This error message occurs when your computer detects an established VPN connection while attempting to connect to the Anonymizer Universal servers via L2TP/IPsec. This is caused by a conflict with another L2TP/IPsec VPN client or a recent disconnection from the Anonymizer Universal servers.
- Disable any other VPN connections.
- Click “Try Again” to reconnect.
