Error Message
Your IP address is not currently protected due to an internal routing error. If this error persists, please restart your computer.
Resolution
The 1120 Internal Routing Error occurs when your Internet traffic is not flowing through the Anonymizer privacy network as expected. This can occur when a previous connection was established to the Anonymizer Universal servers, a disconnection occurred, and your Anonymizer Universal connection is in an inconsistent state. If you receive this error, please restart your computer. This will reset your computer’s settings and enable you to log in correctly to our servers.
This issue also commonly occurs when:
- Two active network connections occur on the same system and your computer is using both of them to connect to the Internet. To avoid this issue please disable your Wi-Fi connection, if you are cabled to your networking device.
- Multiple users under the same computer trying to log in, (generally happens when you have clicked the program and it opens in several instances and connects).
- Conflicts occur with IPv6. Please navigate to your network adapter settings and disable IPv6 on all of your network adapters.
